Refund policy

At Thunder Beach LLP (Coffee Culture), we handle each return and refund request on a case-by-case basis with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction. We take great pride in the quality of our coffee and want every customer to have a positive experience with their purchase.


Coffee

  • Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on coffee products.

  • However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your coffee purchase, please contact us using the details provided on our Contact Us page.

  • Requests related to coffee purchases must be raised within 15 days from the date of order to be considered.


Brew Gear & Merchandise

  • All brewing equipment or merchandise eligible for return must be unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging and contents.

  • For returns or exchanges, please contact us within 30 days from the order date.

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • For any issues arising after 30 days of purchase, customers are advised to contact the product manufacturer directly.




Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests for coffee orders will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the coffee is roasted, whichever is earlier.

  • To request a cancellation, please email your order details and cancellation request to roastery@coffeeculture.co.in.

  • Once the coffee has been roasted or dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
