All online orders, unless otherwise selected at checkout, are shipped via Standard Shipping Partner .

Free Shipping

• Orders with a total value of INR 1000 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
  
  

• Free shipping applies to our default shipping method.
  
  

• Standard delivery timelines are 7–10 business days from dispatch.
  
  

• For orders above 500 grams, shipments may be sent via priority shipping services, depending on service availability.

Expedited Shipping Options

• Customers may choose next-day or express shipping options during checkout for faster delivery.

• Additional shipping charges apply for expedited services.
  
  

• Orders placed after 8:00 AM IST on Fridays will be processed and shipped the following Monday, including expedited orders.
  
  

Roast-to-Order & Dispatch Timelines

• THUNDER BEACH LLP (Coffee Culture) follows a roast-to-order process to ensure freshness.
  
  

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday only.
  
  

• It may take 1–3 business days for an order to be roasted and handed over to the courier partner after order placement.
  
  

• Orders placed after 8:00 AM IST on Fridays will be roasted and shipped the following Monday, regardless of shipping method selected.
  
  

Estimated Delivery Time

• The typical delivery window after placing an order is 3–6 business days.
  
  

Maximum delivery time: 7 business days, depending on delivery location and courier service availability.
