Log aksar coffee ke pehle notes ke baare mein baat karte hain. But jo cheez Ratnagiri Estate ko genuinely unforgettable banati hai woh hai uska finish. That nougat note — soft, slightly creamy, warmly sweet — lingers for so long after the last sip. It's not a sharp finish or a bitter one. It's like the coffee is saying goodbye gently and you don't want it to leave. Red grape and mulberry aur lemon peel sab beautiful hain — but that nougat aftertaste is what I think about between cups. Ratnagiri Estate ki quality mein koi doubt nahi hai — yeast carbonic naturals process ne ek genuinely exceptional cup create kiya hai. Red grape is vivid, mulberry adds depth, lemon peel is refreshingly bright, and nougat finish is very satisfying. Mera ek hi point hai: 250g is a relatively small bag at this price point. If Coffee Culture introduced a 500g or subscription option, I'd be buying much more regularly. Right now I stretch each bag very carefully to make it last. Still fully recommend — it's worth every rupee.

Pehle I used to judge Indian specialty coffee against what I knew of Ethiopian or Colombian origins. Ab mera benchmark khud Ratnagiri Estate ho gaya hai. The yeast carbonic naturals process from this Chikmogalur microlot has set a standard that I'll use to evaluate every Indian specialty coffee I try going forward. Red grape and mulberry for fruit character, lemon peel for brightness, nougat for finish complexity — that's the bar now. Coffee Culture has created their own measuring stick. Exceptional achievement.
